Oh my God, I completely forgot about fairy fountains. They didn't cross my mind once while I was playing Skyward sword. lol
I had this problem after the first time I played Twilight Princess. Got over it.
I think the only real problem now is going to be going from Skyward Sword to Twilight Princess - both using motion controls, but TP using them nowhere NEAR as well.

TP has better pointer controls, but yes, sword play wasn't great... the spin slash in particular seemed to need an excessively hard shake of the nunchuck, and of course it doesn't register different motions but just plays slashes depending on the targeting system and the control stick, though the game didn't require them like SS does.
