I wonder when Nintendo is going to make a Player's Choice version?

I think that the Player's choice version will happen when they announce Zelda Wii this year

Nintendo was frustratingly slow about getting out Player's Choice versions of their video games on the Gamecube. It's one of the reasons the PS2 kicked it's ass so bad. They got out the Greatest Hits games often within a year of the game's release, whereas the Gamecube took up to 2 years for many games.

How much do Player's Choice releases boost the sales of a game? Or does it just keep the sales stable for an extended period of time?

Mostly keeps them stable, but more important than that they make the system very appealing to new purchasers.  The PS2's large budget game library was a major factor in its success, and I hope that Nintendo will be smart enough to emulate that.

It is also my #1 complaint about the XBox 360 right now ... The system has been out for over 2 years and doesn't have a large library of budget games yet

I think it can get up to second but not first.

Nintendo still doomed?
Feel free to add me on 3DS or Switch! (PM me if you do ^-^)

That'll probably stabalize sales and I think it would be on trajectory to beat the original game, although Oot is probably out of the question.

Are you counting both versions of the game?
