How about if market share is divided by $ amount spent instead of units sold. Or maybe have a different pie chart for the market size analysis
The current pie chart (Japan) is based on units sold. It shows that Ninty outright dominates that aspect. But, if the chart was value based, it would show a rather different number, as PS3 is 4-5x more expensive than the DS, we'd see a rather different and interesting dynamic in the market. Also, this is useful because this is a top line analysis and shows trends in spending patterns.
