Dude!! I'm in the exact position, I've had to not go into work, my body is aching, my throat is hurting when I eat or drink, I'm constantly shaking from being cold but I get under a blanket i get to hot!! It should be the perfect time to get some final fantasy time in but I just can't play it because I'm too sick!

Well, I have just finished XIII. It took me around 50 hours to get to the ending. I must admit, for a while, I thought I would not get there. Lots of boss fights in a row without the option of saving. But in the end, I did it. This is the first Final Fantasy game that I have officially finished. I am very satisfied with the ending and game in general. I gave up on X and XII too fast, I can see it now.

So, what does the future holds for me? First off, XIII-2. I started it tonight and played it for an hour. I love it so far. Since I have just finished XIII, it's fun to get right into it. After that, I'll give X and XII another go. If I am still in the mood after that, X-2.

I'll mix things up with Kingdoms of Amalur (another great game by the way) and maybe try and finish the main story in Skyrim.

Can anybody give me some good spots for CP grinding?? more than just one if you can please!?

also when the hell is it possible to beat His Royal Ripeness the 2nd time? i just attempted it and his life was going nowhere and when i did manage to slightly get it down a tiny bit he just healed and it waa baback up again.

I recommend you get the fragment skill for Double CP. Also the best place to grind is at Archylte Steppe ??? AF during the storm. If you're trying to fight His Royal Ripeness a second time make sure you have the Paradox Scope fragment skill. 

Oh man got by academia today. The whole city looks amazing but it was ruined because of all the fights you had to do! Even though my battles only lasted between 4-15 seconds they just wasn't worth it because you got hardly no CP.

I take it that I will be going back there soon because there were lots of the map I couldn't get to, I just hope next time I don't have to go through all them battles and I can just take it the great city!

it sucks though that Colliseum Enemy's also have a certain chance to be obtained, they wont come automatically after you beat em once. *Tries to get OMEGA now*

't sucks, i could have obtained Platinum by now, but i had to stay at the hospital for 6 days. (came out yesterday)

I am like 50 Fragments away from having all of them. i still need stuff like a completed beastiary (ugh), but i say my prayers of thanks every night that Square didnt include an "get every item/Weapon/accessory!" in the trophy list... (tho' it wouldnt be as hard as it was in XIII)

The bestiary fragment will likely be the last one you obtain since you need to run through all of the Paradox endings to get the data.

And so I'm done with everything, every fragment, every ending and the secret ending, side quests, the most powerful weapons in the game .... except for one thing, that Friggin Serendipitous trophy , that got to be the most stupid and meaningless trophy I've ever went for.
Maybe I should try Chocobo racing cause the slot machine just doesn't work for me :(
