Is it really that dead though? I want to get this game bad, but if the community is dead I might have second thoughts. 


its not dead, but not as big as i would have hoped.

and its still an amazing game.


Yeah it's FAR from dead. I just played just now and there are plenty of people playing. Plus leaderboard movement is constant (I check a lot :)). On weekends especially it's packed. Recently it even seems to me the player count has gone up again.

I have noticed a good influx of players recently (thanks to survival and Mastodon). I would love to play Survival with anyone while listening to awesome music, so hit me up on PSN Onikenshi (USA PSN) for some Resistance 3 fun!
