As I understand it -- and maybe I am misunderstanding: 
1.  Linkz claimed to be a watcher who always watches himself, including daytime. 
2.  He claimed someone did something to him. 
3.  Flavor appeared wherein someone targeted him. 

That is pretty convincing confirmation of his claim, since I presume Linkz isn't scum with a power to give false flavor to the mod to post. 

As for how it makes sense, it does seem odd to have "always watches himself" as a townie who is most concerned about the people who would kill him when they targeted him.  But frankly I'm prepared to accept that at face value for now given the flavor evidence.

I didn't say I was.. My turnaround and vote were due to your dissenting opinion that NIV candidates should be discussed. That also ties in with why I felt good about Wonk. He expressed the exact viewpoints I held, which to me was the most pro-town strategy.

After my vote though you've done far more scummy stuff. I could understand the sentiments you would have for almost dying at my hands, but while you have reason not to trust me, it doesn't explain the antagonist approach. For example, you have still yet to explain your suspicion of radish. When I questioned you about it, you called my frustration palpable. It's not only hypocritcal to point the finger after pulling a 180 yourself and remaining silent about why, but how is it in any way helpful to town to hide your reasoning when questioned on it?

It's far from the same thing. Voting influences who is investigated while Investigating means you actually carried out the scan.
