That thought occurred to me as well Linkz. The good side of voting other people is we should get a result for a different person. The bad side being we may be letting somebody get off without ever getting investigated just on the thought they MAY have been investigated.

P.S. @ MOD: Suppose a vote in fact went to someone who had already been investigated. Would it really "double up" and be wasted, or would it default to the next most popular investigation?
