Ehhh, not really. Or more precisely - no one knows, nothing was said or even been hinted at in that regard. Personally I believe that it won't be.part of the 3DS in the future, too many technical complications.

As to the bundle, I won't be buying it, I have the game preordered standalone and that's how I am going to play it, unless the case for playing the game with  2 circle pads is very strong (and from what I have seen in all demos playing it with only one is just fine).
