I'd rather them delay the update than release a glitchy one, and wasn't this also supposed to change the eShop as well?

1) From the translation I read from the Japanese press release the update in Japan is supposed to come December 8th. The fact that NOA says by December 8th does suggest it could come earlier but if its in line with Japan which it will likely be a December 8th update is most likely.

2) The additional update I really don't know, as for the eShop update I have heard of multiple updates I'm not sure if we have been told to expect an eShop addition with this update or not. But Nintendo themselves only had the above listed on NOA's site so your guess is as good as mine.

p.s- wouldn't the data transfer be an eShop related update?

I know it's best for us to get the update in time without bug, but I think if we must choose, it's better for us to get the update one week late and already stable than get the update in time but with so many bug.....

Ha, I understand if people hate waiting for stuff like this, I know I do.

While I hate waiting... I'm busy with work now, so I couldn't play a lot with the new features anyway.

3D video shooting should be awesome, hopefully the video format used will be a common one so we can play videos copied from the pc too if possible

demos should be really cool, first Nintendo platform to have downloadable demos, which can help good 3rd party games to sell
