Nice, so MS have seen a $150 360 sells amazingly, They'd do well to have it at that price for December tbh.

What about Zelda and Halo overall?

Zelda smashed it, did seriously amazing.  Halo not so much.  Don't get me wrong it'll have a nice launch and fairly decent legs but for a Halo game fairly dissapointing sales.  Don't expect it to ever outsell Halo 3:ODST.  Though for a remake its done exceptionally well.

Yeah we have 630k for US sales, so it is timid for Halo. I think however it's prime bundle material next holiday.

Oh really?  I hadn't seen Vgchartz estimate yet but that sounds like a pretty reliable number from what I've seen.

Im hoping for it to close in on 1 mill NPD Nov, good round number.

When do you get an idea about what Dec sales to expect?

Pretty much what I saw @ Walmart last night and Best Buy today... 360 4GB / Kinect bundles were definitely the big winners across the board. The 3DS bundles flew out the door too, but there were many standalone 3DSs at all stores still sitting on the shelves. PS3 $199 bundle was gone in all stores as well, but most had plenty of standalone or $299 UC3 bundles left.

I think we'll see another huge week of sales the week before Xmas since it falls on a Sunday this year, so expect a full week of deals from retailers prior to it.

Interesting that sounds like other retailers then are seeing nearly the same thing we are.  Totally agree about the 3DS.  The bundles did massive sales but the stand alone units faired rather poorly.

If I had money I would buy that Flame Red Mario 3D Land bundle RIGHT NOW. Damn.

3DS hardware should be pretty strong heading into the holidays and might just end up being the best selling system of the year behind the PS3 (or even ahead of the PS3, although it would have to sell very well from not until the end of the year).

So can you tell us how MW3 is doing compared to Black Ops? Is it really selling less?

Hmm honestly I haven't been paying much attention to comparing MW3 and Black Ops I've been paying more attention to harware this week due to the upcoming Black Friday sales.  From what I've seen I would say MW3 is outselling Black Ops but again I'm far from reliable on that since I quite frankly haven't been paying much attention.  Also remember this is just one retailer I have little idea what's happening with any of the others.

just for clarities sake, you're talking about skyward sword here as oppose to the 3DS ocarina of time in the OP?

Dang, We have early impression of BF and we still don't have the hard data for last week.

Looks like Americas could push 360 over 1 million this week. Incredible!

Yup Skyward Sword, very very nice opening.

Oh and Seece if you read this I'll try to get some kind of preview going on in mid December for Christmas sales and trends.

The Blue Wii is sold out at Walmart and at Walmart.com

I'm aware of that and probably had a bigger boost than the Holiday PS3 bundle, but remember this is me talking about MY retailer not all of them.  That being said, do not expect the Wii to beat the 360 this week, its not happening.  Should be 360 in first by a comfortable margin then Wii with PS3 slighly behind it.

Why do you suppose I would expect that? Unlike many who disagreed, Kinect is stealing the thunder from the Wii, if it hasn't already, and is enjoying a nice ride from Modern Warefare. Wii on the otherhand has no games to justify its price. Zelda just isn't enough. Price alone will make the Wii sell lots but not enough.

What GameStop do you work in? I'm curious to see how well the 3DS will sell in Americas.
