I don't buy this 2013 nonsense either. Xbox 3 is more likely than PS4 to be released on short notice but the way I see it, if Sony or Microsoft wants/needs to launch earlier than Q4 2014 they will do so in the Spring. It allows them time to react to any issues post launch and pre holiday as well as time some discounts/bundles for the holidays. What's more important is the game development times. Is software ready for a launch? Gaming is big business now with a lot of eyes, few ready games means no early launch.

I could be wrong about Xbox but I don't see both systems launching side by side and I expect E3 announcements even if the consoles are ready for display earlier than that, at least it would mean some demo models will be able to mop the floors with everything else at show. Excite everyone.

1) Besides my signature, what else in 2012 have I been wrong about... hell can you name anything else at all I've been wrong about? Additionally, the bet in my sig was a really long shot, however, 2013 I'm sure of... all consoles will be launched by the end of 2013.

So bummed at the lack of any new details. :( I figured there would be some low points in leaks, but I was hoping for a bigger stream of info, especially since WiiU is getting closer and closer to release. Granted Wii didn't even get full disclosure until after it released (from non-Nintendo sources).

Has anyone else seen anything new reported?
