HD 7850: 16 CUs @ 860Mhz (1.76 TFLOPS)
HD 7870: 20 CUs @ 1000Mhz (2.56 TFLOPS)
HD 7970M: 20 CUs @ 850Mhz (2.17 TFLOS)

That is why I've had 7xxxxM in OP for awhile now. I think I got it from someone on GAF. There have been those arguing that it wouldn't be a mobile chip. It is.

Quick question... DO we know how much of that 8 gb RAM that will actually go into the games? Wii U have 2gb RAM, but only 1gb is used for the games... Considering all the features Sony has implemented into the PS4 (playing games while downloading, sharing videos etc) I think it's safe to say that games won't use the whole RAM...

1GB, 2 at most I think - PS3 OS takes only 50MB.

EDIT: Oh, sorry, I answered backwards - so that would be 6-7GB

Do you really think that 1gb will be able to run the OS AND download games and all that? Like I said, Wii U uses 1gb for the OS, and it doesn't nearly do as much as what the PS4 will be able to...

Well if you believe the British price point of 300 Pounds, that converts to about $450US. So could be between $450 and $500, perhaps $550 with bundle premium of some kind.

Yes I do, maybe not from the get go. Even Win 8 uses under 1GB. Can't (or won't) comment of WiiU's OS footprint. ;)
