Ah, tnx, missed the big news LOL
Looking into it...

He's also leaving out the info that 1) its only an assumption that it is only 160SPs and 2) its leaving out about 1/2 of the rest of the GPU that very well will affect the performance of the whole.
If anyone is curious about the efforts of breaking down the GPU in Wii U, here is the thread that is slowing making progress.
Real and definitive info is only in the OP. Quite a lot of the rest is pure speculation.

Sorry if asked already but based on Info Wii U should be fine in regards to tech stuff right?

Well, just got back from Beyond3D, and it seems they're thinking now it's (what I was suspecting since the first measurements) it's 320SPs - in my opinion, 320:16:8 would make lot of sense, but let's see how it goes...

Depends on your definition of "fine".
Will it likely have plenty of great quality games no matter what?
Yes
If it is too low on the power scale, will it get ALL or even most AAA 3rd party games?
No
In reality, RIGHT NOW we still don't know the answer to the 2nd question. They are still breaking down the GPU as I type this.
What we do know in comparison to the rumors for the other consoles in the OP and what is happening so far with this GPU breakdown.
1) NXbox/PS4 is ~ 3x better CPU than WiiU.
2) NXbox/PS4 is ~2x to ~10x faster RAM than WiiU.
3) NXbox/PS4 is ~4x to ~2x more RAM than WiiU.
4) NXbox/PS4 is ~4x to ~6x more powerful GPU than WiiU.
5) All three have the same basic architecture and will support nearly the same technologies/shaders/etc.
So yes, at those rates it seems reasonable the WiiU could have scaled down versions of almost any game. But that realy depends on the game. If a dev put out a game that even on NXbox/PS4 had no AA and already barely ran at 720p30fps.. then its highly unlikely that game coudl be scaled down to WiiU. But if it was a game that on NXbox/PS4 was 1080p60fps with a good amount of AA, then its arguable they could turn off AA and reduce it to 720p and it would run on WiiU.
Only time will tell and of course more info from all three of these designs as there is a bit of speculation going on here based on these moving targets.

It won't launch on Q4 2013,and low-spec or not,it will use HD8000,that's it

Even though every rumor has stated otherwise... including devs currenly working on devkits. (granted they've only hinted that these rumored specs are basically right in general terms)

Then believe them,i reply from what i know doesn't mean i'm 100% right and i need other peoples trust

Seems like now... even so that's put the Wii U's GPU below the expectation (less than 400GFLOPS).
- 40 nm
- 32 MB edram
- 16 TMUs
- 320 shaders
- 8 ROPs
