So you think PS4 might still have an 8 core? What's the weight behind the 4 core CPU in some of the rumors.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

The latest have stated 8core for both systems. Its the memory, GPU, and secret sauce that is separating them AFAIK.

It is hard to tell what is current, especially when the latest ones are sometimes the older ones -_-

None of any "developers" said these spec are correct
Like SATA 2.0 huh, joke of the year

In the respective threads on GAF for the latest ps4 and neXtBox rumors, multiple devs said they are largely accurate. Are there parts that are still likely wrong? of course. but yeah... believe what you will.
BTW, why wouldn't it use a SATA connection?
BlueFalcon said: Thanks! Based on these cost breakdowns, I am pretty disappointed if Xbox 720 will only end up with an HD7770Ghz GPU. I haven't been able to find the latest generational cost for HD7000/GTX600 series but I'll link it if I do. |
Note that this list is only valid once the manufacturing lines are optimised (maximum yields). Initial prices for cpus/gpus are very considerably higher, so there is a reason why the next console parts are not as new as you wish them to be.

Most of them just claiming they're devs, and yes, wrong
neogaf->outside->neogaf,that's how it come from, but you don't need to change it since i can't give you any source either, just keep what you wrote
But
SATA 3 already come out over 3 years, and even every rumored spec are right, that still means it can support SATA 3
2.0?if Durango use SATA 2.0,whatever GPU/CPU/RAM come with,we can throw it to trash can already

About the SATA... there is no HDD to use the 6Gbps (300MB/s)... even SSD lies to reach that transfer rate... SATA II provides 3Gbps (150MB/s)... it's more than sufficient to any single HDD in the market.
The only real use for SATA 3 is you mount a system with SSD in Raid... the two SSD are accessed at the same time so you need a lot of transfer rate.
For a console SATA 3 is useless... just more cost.

More cost?in my country,even 1.5TB SATA 3,it's only 668$HKD(=around 86$US)
It's pretty simple,"useful" or not, they will provides SATA 3,and SATA 2 and SATA 3's price are almost same.
