Rumors, but i'll comment anyway: Do: Bump RAM up to 4GB. (4 GB will be more than enough for a console, i should imagine) Don't: Remove the 100mb eDRAM! As for CPU: HEX core, running at that clockspeed, will be sufficient i would say, not entirely sure what they'll do for the GPU, i have a hard time imagining, that will be the final layout for the actual release console.
Also interesting to contemplate, will they pull a 360S in the future, and try & combine the GPU and CPU on the same board/die, it did work rather well for them with the 360.

Wow, 100mb eDRAM is RIDICULOUS!
If they use eDram it will probably be 32~64mb(if they really exaggerate here).
However...well, more = better...
EDIT: That site is a JOKE!

Even whilst using the revolutionary and no doubt costly PowerVR RTX, Sega is still targeting a $299.99 launch price point for it’s next generation home video entertainment platform.
Latest news suggests that SEGA SAMMY is willing to take a hit per unit sold in order to build a commanding lead before the arrival of Microsoft’s XBox 720 and Sony’s PlayStation 4.
Both systems are expected to struggle against Sega’s as of yet unnamed console, as they shall lack the necessary on board circuitry for real-time ray tracing. If Sega also undercut’s them on price, then Sega may find themselves with a market monopoly.
