Well if it makes you feel better both MS and Sony are charging for digital versions of current get games, how dare they not let me download the version i have on disk!!

Its a differnt gen they dont owe anyone Backwards compatibility, PSPs dont stop working when the VIta comes out people can still play there games.

What does it matter how old the Gen is anyway? Why should last gen titles play by differnt rules to 2 generations old games or current generation games?

Well you cant play games with 2sticks or the smothing graphics. Some examples are Monster Hunter and Resistance.

i'd think it would be funnier from the nintendo perspective shouldn't the value of games go down over time?  add to that the bloated prices of the e-shop

Funny that I never said eShop stuff was cheap. I didn't bother with buying anything on 3DS eShop because I thought they were expensive.

It is a good compromise because without it there would be nothing to stop people from trading UMDs and letting the same game be registered by many different people.

Yeah I know but these are some games I always thought needed a second analog stick. It's only a small fee anyway and I won't do it with all my psp games only on the ones I think will add someting to the experiance.
