The CFO of Silicon Knights confirmed that "The company is currently refocusing and returning to its roots, working on one of its most requested titles for the next generation." This could very well be Eternal Darkness 2 or another Blood Omen. In fact what other most requested title could Silicon Possibly be referring too?

Facts to support this idea.

-In April of this year Nintendo renewed the trademark for Eternal Darkness.

-Nintendo still owns shares of Silicon Knights despite ending their formal relationship.

-Dyack founder of Silicon Knights stated "There is a chance; we love all the games we work on. We don't want to be pigeon-holed [into a genre], we want to be known for strong content...There's a strong chance we'll return to it, but there's no announcements yet." when asked if their will be an Eternal Darkness 2.

-Rumors supposedly from leaks within Nintendo have stated Eternal Darkness 2 is a launch title for WiiU. Some suggest Retro is making it but by judging from Silicon's recent statements they would most likely be the ones behind it.

Oh great, now there are rumours about Eternal Darkness 2...My heart, it bleeds. T_T

lol Too Human may have been Silicon's dream project but it was not launched during the roots of Silicon Knights. It also isn't one of the most requested titles that Silicon has made. Eternal Darkness is likely the most requested title for Silicon to bring back though I do know a lot of fans want a return of Blood Omen as well.

Too Human was not percieved that well and the fans certainly did not think it was a classic. Its also so new that it definatly can't be refered to as a roots game!

I'll go ahead and hop on the "I hope it's Eternal Darkness 2" bandwagon.

Blood Omen 2 was made without them so I doubt they are working on that.. since Too human was in development for a release in 1999.. I'm pretty sure it counts a back to their roots and Silicon Knights President Denis Dyack said to Joystiq just a few months ago  “It is still on the table and we do plan on finishing the trilogy,”

So.. that only leaves the dramatic chipmunk

Given that they are only 25 employees I doubt they can develop any of those, unless it's a WiiUWare title.

I thought they had already gone out of business. Oh well, Eternal Darkness was pretty good, hopefully they will be making a sequel.
