My predictions were:

Mario Kart 3,2 millions =============> It did 4.35 millions, more than 1.1 millions more

Zelda 3 millions ==============> It did 1 million, very close to what I expected

Super Mario 3D Land 2.7 millions =============> It did 5.3 millions, twice what I had expected

Overall the Nintendo holidays team did very well.
