I already know that everyone except the main character is going to be an immoral person in a way. This was the case in all the rockstar games I have played this gen.

Even the main character will be immoral but he will be uh...improving himself? Going through remorse? Or something like that.

Yep! Hyrule. You will play as a Ganondorf's hitman that after his defeat tries to become the boss. That's why the "V" is green, for the rupees.

That looks nothing like Rockstars usual concept art style.

I did a TinEye image search and I found that image in a blog post from back in 2005.  The site is not in English though so I have no idea whats going on there.
