I'll have to watch this whole thing when I have more time, but so far, looks really cool! I like the idea of exchanging all your racing stats through the street pass feature, and I'm sure the online multi will be solid. I liked what I saw from the trailer. This might be the game that finally pushes me to pick up a 3DS.
