...will likely change the layout completely and make it more uniform when more reviews come in (i.e. in order of score).
One thing- any better sources for the GamePro Germany score than the one we've got? |
Could this work?
Also, a Dutch Magazine Power Unlimited's Preview for the first 7 hours:
- Contains enemy crows that drop poisonous waste on you
- Getting to the first dungeon takes about 4 hours
- Dowsing gives you sound, vibration and visual hint
- Roughly 7 hours to reach the Earth Temple
- Lack of dull moments especially when compared to Twilight Princess
"If a Zelda game is all about experiencing beautiful moments, then Skyward Sword could become my favorite Zelda game."
"I'm a huge fan of the style and graphics of Skyward Sword. The broad view along Skyloft, where the dazzling pastels in the distance come together in oil stain-like palettes."
"In then my first steps in Faron Woods, my breath caught short in my throat. As if I entered a painting by Monet. And the music, oh god, so beautiful. And the sound effects, the crickets, the screeching birds. Hold on a minute, those aren't birds, they're the weird, new, red enemies stalking a Goron."
"The sword fights are the most amazing fights, which you ever experienced in a game. you have to pay a lot of attention to beat the crazy, new, red enemies in a cool and flexible way. You shouldn't make it possible for the enemy to anticipate your moves, as you slowly move the sword to the right, because they will be on to you. They'll cover up their right side. So you should nonchalantly leave your sword in the middle and then, cut!"
"There are a lot more things possible with your flawless registered vertical, horizontal and diagonal cutting and I will tell you all about it next month in the ultimate review of the game."
"Link also has to cross a hole by tightrope walking. And be careful, because your enemies can walk a tight rope as well. I had chuckle a bit when an enemy tried to reach me that way and I aimed with the slingshot on him. It's a kind of subtle humor that works really well in this Zelda game."
"Even if Skyward Sword would end after the first dungeon, it would've still become my Game of the Year, I've experienced so many nice things in the first seven hours. I'm at the Earth Temple in the meanwhile and it's only getting prettier, fiercer, better, more surprising and.... harder!"
