So there is no data provided by anyone on the downloaded games? I would think that this is the most reliable way to know sales numbers.

With next gen so close... I won't even consider buying a $300+ console.... however I do need to start my WiiU fund.

However, for those that are always late adopters... these bundles are a good value.

I miss when they included physical disc's in bundled games my 360 game with forza 2 and ultimate alliance both disc based.

SMH at this... I really don't see how MS can be #1 world wide for the year without doing something bigger to catch up. These bundles won't do it. That and they are really raping the customers for profits on 360 hardware if they don't cut the price. It's been these same prices since 2008! 3 years of cost reductions including the major slim redesign means they are likely making $100-125+ per console sold.

lol at the 360 fans. They so want the 360 to sell huge numbers, that they blame MS for making huge profits per console sold.

If I am MS, and I am selling the amount of consoles that they are, I would not even think twice about keeping the price as it is. And by doing this MS would continue to makes huge money per console, alowing a huge price cut to appear just before Wii U arrives, killing the big momentum new hardware normaly has, plus selling millions at that point, extending the life of the console, wich I think is important for both MS and Sony

Whack bundles. IMO they'd only severely push the console if they bundled Gears 3 AND Forza 4 with a 250 GB for $299. That'd allow 360 to take the crown for holiday.

No price cut is the one thing, the other: The 250gb Bundle with Halo:Reach and Fable 3 has been the Spring-Bundle in Continental Europe. And now it is the Holiday-Bundle?

so we can't just because buy a new 360 for cheaper or make some friends to buy 360 because they price-cut it
