That's true, but I don't think that applies to 360 and PS3 games. They critisized Halo: Reaches graphics despite being one of the best on the 360, and in all honesty, playing Forza 4, not only did I think graphics like it were impossible on the 360, I thought they were impossible on PS3.

Most PS3/360 games are multiplatform, and they likely judge exclusive graphics in comparision to those games, which look on par with each other. Also the graphics difference between PS3 and 360 isn't major. I haven't played UC3 yet, but Gears of War 3 looks better then Uncharted 2, and pre UC3, wasn't Uncharted 2 the best looking game on PS3?

Wait??? That's your opinion no??? U2 is way better than Gears 3 gaphics... I played both.

Now I see... you don't know how to compare graphics... Gears 3 is not on pair with some PS3 games (Ucharted 2, God of War III, Killozone 3).

There is already multiplatfom games that surpass exclusives on each system, but then again you and others in this thread dont really know the difference between pre-rendered, scripted, fixed camera or game that heavily depends on corridor like environments for its looks.

I don't want to argue with you (in fact I ignore most of your comments) but We've had several discussions here on the forum and all came to the conclusion about graphics:

UC2 = GoW3 > K3 > K2 > Gears 3 > ME2 > Crysis 2 > U1 > Gears 2 > Everything else.

The racing games are in another category for graphics comparison.

I'm sure you're talking about Crysis 2 and don't tell me that is an open game.

Im talking about Rage and Crysis.

ME2 shouldn't be anywhere near the top imo, even the PC version doesn't look amazing. Great character models but everything else looks sterile, with no detail

No way, ME2 looks as good as Gears 3 does which is in the top 10 for console exclusives IMO.

Textures are not very impressive (*note: this is the PC version):

But at least the lighting effects are pretty cool:

That looks worse than the 360 version I play.

No, God of War 3 and Killzone 3 were more impressive. Regardless, Uncharted 2 still looks better than anything on the Xbox 360. Never underestimate the power of teh Cell.

TBH I agree with you about Killzone 3. Uncharted 3 graphics are not as good as people make them out to be, and they come at a cost of some cheap death animations (getting hit by a sign on the train level for example). Killzone 3 I still think has the best graphics for a shooter then gen, followed by Gears of War 3, then Uncharted 2. Mass Effect 2 and so on.

One thing I like about Gears 3 is that everything is interactable, but you can't take cover on all objects in UC2, and some effects in Gears 3 (like Water) I think are best done in that game.

ethomaz, yes this is my opinion, remember the Forza GT5 graphics arguement for this whole thread? Lets not start that shit again, don't force your opinion onto mine, and don't drop to goforgolds level and mock anyone who disagrees with you.

yeah michael being able to crouch behind a few objects in gears is really comparable to being able to hop over objects, climb objects, slide, swing, shimmy etc

I'm pretty sure that's ME1. It's the part where you free Liara T'Soni from that force field and then try to escape that underground mine.

EDIT: Yep, it is ME1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCNXm4JQ_wY Go to 9:23.

Oh Pezus you've been busted

Oh snap, wtf. I saw them on my PC and thought they were from ME2. Hmm where did I hide my ME2 screenshots then?

That's a likely excuse

It is, is it not? I guess I don't have any ME2 screenshots on my PC then :(.

Wow that sure is convenient :P
