So I haven't been around lately, combination of class, work and studying for the MCAT

Anyways some of you know that I have a cousin that works at Epic Games. Well he sent me a copy of Gears 3 in the mail but I didn't get it until just today. I was totally not prepared for what was waiting for me when I opened the box. Inside was a limited edition copy of Gears of War 3 signed by everyone in the studio not to mention a copy of the official soundtrack and a gears of war 3 ski cap. 

Is it fair to say I have the best cousin in the world? oh and some delicious pictures bellow for all to see :D

What sorta sucks is that in a week I have to get Battlefield 3 and a few weeks after that Halo Anniversary and I barely have time to play Gears. This is just torture for me especially since my medical school exam is in January.

Personally I'd skip Battlefield till next year, Halo CEA shouldn't take you long, I assume you're buying it for the campaign like everyone else? (Gonna be soooooo good)

I probably would too but all my friends are getting it and I usually game with them so I won't have a choice. As for anniversary, the campaign is going to be so epic. But I'm also looking forward to the classic playlists with all the old maps and the 3 shot kill pistol.

It doesn't matter though I'll probably play both games a bit and then just completely cut myself off from everything including games and the internet for the month before my exam. After I get through that hell though I'm gona game non-stop for like a week.
