Just buy a 360 if you want the game. You can get a 360 from Ebay for under 250$.

True, and then 5 360's later maybe you'll get to play it.

Nice edit.

Mods edit posts now? Great...

My point is that I wouldn't trust a retail 360 but much less an ebay 360.

I'm not sure what the edit was because I was not responsible for it, but to answer your question, yes - mods can edit posts. And when it's done, you should accept that as a warning that you've done something wrong and cease irritating the situation...    ...a ban will likely follow if you persist.

Just an FYI to ya...

ya, but who ever edited it should have put  a -name a few spaces down so the poster knows who edited it.

This is an action RPG, isn't it, I don't know much about this game, but I have heard positive things about it. It coming to the PS3 wouldn't be a bad thing

This is for ME2 and ME3. Not ME.

True, MS published the first game. I think he was referring to the Mass Effect franchise.

Mass Effect will come to PC eventually, I don't remember the last time a wRpg stayed console-exclusive.

RPGs are big games, thus harder to port over; It could be viable, but I have my doubts.

That would be a plus for PS3 owners if it happens, its a great game.

"Could we make it for the PS3 or PC? Yes, but we're not making it for PS3... yet."

At least that is confirmation that the PC version is in production (I guess that was obvious though, right?). The extra RAM should eliminate the texture pop-in.

I think we all know it's gonna end up on PS3 eventually as well. The second one will be a timed exclusive for sure, and then they'll probably release the PS3 versions as a trilogy.

To give up the rights to the first game, I guarantee that MS will demand concessions from EA, most likely in the form of timed exclusives for games two and three. EA can't just go port the game because they feel like it. MS published the first game and those kind of agreements involve lots of money and lots of contracts.

Then why is microsoft printed on the box?

Sony published FFVII, but it ended up on the PC later on. Publishing can guarantee timed exclusivity, but it evidently takes further deals to make it fully exclusive, such as agreeing to publish the whole Gears of War series.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Just to clarify, I only made my statement because of this comment that you can get a 360 for under $250 on ebay.  The 360 has known hardware issues which is why it will be cheap on ebay.  It would be hard to trust that.

I'll wait for a PC or PS3 version of Mass Effect, but that game is currently my #1 reason to own a 360 since Bioshock and Orange Box are better on PC.
