^^Couldn't agree more.

Starmie is also one of the OU legendary 3.

Starmie, Gengar, and Zapados are the only one's to stay in OU since gen 1

Which shows you have sturdy thier place is in the metagame.

Zapdos ain't OU anymore :(

Ah, your right I forgot that its more or less been replaced with Thundurus.

I blame it not getting any new goodies in Gen V, minuis gaining the ability of Lightning Rod.

If we're talking by level of awesomeness, In the 1st generation I can't choose... like seriously the original 3 starters are all equally awesome. Then in 2nd generation Totodile edges out Cyndaquil, sorry Chikorita. In 3rd generation Mudkip beats out Treecko, no love for Torchic. 4th generation Turtwig all the way. And finally 5th generation Snivy, but in all honesty all 3 5th gen starters suck.

Overall the Original starters were and still are the most awesome, hands down.

Thanks, I have an urge to go play pokemon now.

I though Sony was the dark side?

Indeed.

Charmander is the true man's starter Pokemon.

He's tough to use at first, considering he's weak against the first two gym trainers, but in the long run he pays off. Seriously, how could you say no to a giant fire breathing red dragon as one of your Pokemon?

I always pick fire-base pokemon as starters, IMO they are more powerful.
