I guess they judge its not worth it. You know, they dont make money on the PS3, they also sell the game at 50$ instead of 59$. Theres also a higher manufacturing cost associate with a limited bundle. Then, adding to the equation that many of those core game bundle sales will come from your already existing userbase makes it not too profitable.
