Where is the other option?
The only game on that list I will be getting is Skyrim, but Batman should top just about anyone's list I think ; )

Nah dude I don't think Activision is on the online pass bandwagon yet, which is weird since they love to nickle and dime people. Even if they do though, I'd rather pay $10 for an online pass and only give Activision $10...if I buy the full game at $60 I think Activision gets $35 of that $60 or something like that.

Well I suppose everyone just keep their copy of CoD do they don't have the issue of used copies in the marketplace to cost them money, and yeah, I suppose they do get around $20 less (around that I think, as the console maker takes $5-10)
