Go to GT Mode > Community > Gifts (get your gift)

Then go to Car Delivery to get your car using the gift coupon.

EDIT: Jeez that thing is fast, no wonder Hamilton is always crashing!

Sebastian Vettel should be gifted a real one, but when has Lewis Hamilton been always crashing? He's made little mistakes throughout this year that have cost him the World Title (yes, he could have had a battle to the end with Vettel in an ideal situation). Currently mentally Hamilton has no confidence in himself, he's become conservative (the oppose of the old Hamilton).
