The dashboard has been rumoured for a few dates, one being Novemeber 15th due to a skype employer leaking something to do with the update being then, that seems the most reliable.

It's also their 10th Anniversary on the 15th. So Dashboard update and Halo on the same day.

Maybe this is when they'll include the price cut?
