First of all, I said it "could" be my GOTY. Key word being "could". Meaning there's a "possibility" that this will be my favorite game of the year. Before trying to teach me the definition of GOTY, maybe you should learn how to read yourself.

Actually you should never trust early reviews for eg IGN giving NBA 2k12 a 9.5. Usually the best rating reviewers end up being the early reviewers for eg Deus ex as well.

I am not sure how the devs realize that the particular reviewer will like the game.
