Does any one know how I can get past the NPC at the bottom of the 2nd belltower? I selected "no" to his question and he won't let me by now! it's where u hit the wall to reveal the secret path.

Also I'm SL 40 just beat queelag and ceaseless demons, there's noway I can make it through the demon ruins I tried once and got destroyed where's the best place to head to now? What's up past the water wheel in the swamps?

@VXIII - Taurus Demon had a tail related item? I only knew that he dropped the Demon Greataxe, which is a normal drop on it's Demon Ruins version. Also, you can get the Hammer from Asylum Demon on NG+, it's easier since you carry on with your previous equipment.

Oh! no, I meant Gargoyles, my mistake :p. And I just got the axe, cut off his tail in Anor Londo.

So, am I mistaken or there is nothing to do in Anor Londo ?, the path is sealed, I can't get through the yellow cloud , did I get through sen's Fortress for nothing or what ?

I got stuck to that too for about an hour. In the platform where you fight the Gargoyle, head back and on your right, drop to the beams that lead to the church. From there, reach the big castle ahead.

The Painted World's boss Crossbreed Priscilla was so sad, I didn't want to kill her . Anyways, I also beat Ornstein and Smough on my first try, those slackers could reach me and I kept smacking them with Heavy Soul Arrows

Then I got to the Undead Asylum where the Stray Demon destroyed me at least 30 times, that until I realized that his attack was Magic based, rather than Fire based >_> I simply equipped Havel's Armor and a 80 Magic Def shield and destroyed him. With his souls I got Soul Spear, which does instant 600+ to the Firelink zombies even when with shield up

Can you use Crystal Soul Spear yet? I'm creating a new magic character (not just for sorcery) and I'm still trying to get a grip of how I'm going to build up my stats (so far I got 20 Intelligence and 14 Faith for the Astoria Straight Sword, which is pretty much the best early game sword for a magic-type).

I don't know, I haven't found the spell yet or the trainer for it. But I'm assuming no, because I have a Intelligence of 42 and Soul Spear required 36 already. Since you can already equip a strong sword (I made the mistake of adding lots of points to Strength and Agility to use the Black Knight Sword) that already scales with Intelligence, I'd recommend focusing on Intelligence and Endurance. My point distibution is something like +2 Endurance, +6 Intelligence, +1 Vitality, +1 to another stat for every 10 points.

You're going to have a pretty hard time anyways at the start though, due to the combination of low Vitality, Endurance, and the fact that you have to keep a distance from your enemies. Have fun!

I'm already at the Belfry Gargoyles and I only died once because I tried to take on Havel with only Soul Arrow

I've killed both BK's so far (sadly neither dropped their weapons ) and got the Drake Sword, but i'm sticking with Astoria's. It scales with Faith, but i'm trying to create an all-around magic user (Sorceries, Miracles and Pyromancies), so my Faith and Intelligence levels are quite similar (20 for Int and 16 for Faith). I'll put some points in endurance and vitality as the Sorceror is pretty weak physically.

The trainer for Crystal Soul Spear is Big Hat Logan, after you rescue him in the Duke's Archives. I thought you had rescued him, because you already have Soul Spear. You only need 2 extra points in Intelligence before you can use it. But if you follow Logan's chain events till the end, you'll gain an even better spell, White Dragon Breath (though you need 50 points in Intelligence to use it).

i wonder, is it possible to help people low on level? Like, me having 80, them having 20ish, are they able to summon me? Or is the restriction to levels that applies in PVP also used in cooperative play?

Have to go to driving school and to the post office afterwards, and tomorrow, i have to visit my moms place babysit my lil' siblings. .. combined with the need to study and a bit of work, and socialising at the weekend, i sadly have not too much time left for this week to play, but i aim for finally trying Nito later today, with the four Kings following tomorrow. (And i want to finish the first playthrough by sunday evening, even tho i doubt this to happen, but oh well.)

It's the same restrictions. I'm using my new character to help people, not my main one.

Defeated Capra demon. Was quite easy tbh.

So, the dude at Firelink Shrine who teaches you miracles says that he's about to depart on a mission with some other dudes and a women called M'lady. He's asking for 2600 souls to share with me his secret. Should I give him 2600 souls or is this a waste?

So, I want the pyromancy trophy so looks like I need to join the egg covenant which I'm sorta sad about, I don't want the egg. Boo :(

On another note, now at the well by the Firelink shrine there is some Loch Ness Monster looking thing. It wasn't there before and kinda freaking me out. Given its location, I'm assuming I can talk to it but still....what...the....heck?

You can easily cure the egg condition with Egg Vermifuge item which is a common drop for the snake enemies in sen's fortress or the egg carriers prior to Quelaag's battle. You only need to carry an egg once to buy all the pyromancies from Engying and then you can cure it.

That's Kingseeker Frampt. He's one of the main NPC's in the game and he also eats your excess inventory for souls plus can break down Large Shards and Chunks into smaller pieces.
