The only way you can pass him now is by killing him (thus gaining some Sin). He's part of the Chaos Servant covenant though, so if you do kill him, you won't gain access to the unique pyromancies that he sells once you're part of that covenant (I killed him myself in my game by mistake).

Best place to head now would be to explore the rest of the areas (Great Hollow, Valley of Drakes, etc.) or you could go straight to Sens fortress. At level 40 you're more than levelled enough for it. Up the water wheel in the swamps is a shortcut to the Valley of Drakes and New Londo (which in turn has a shortcut for Firelink Shrine).

@EncodedNybble - As VXIII's link said, it's pretty random so far for most people. What's true though is that if she doesn't appear at all in your game as a merchant, she'll appear later on Lost Izalith as Hollow and attack you. No one knows the conditions for either event and I had the latter outcome myself. 

@VXIII - Taurus Demon had a tail related item? I only knew that he dropped the Demon Greataxe, which is a normal drop on it's Demon Ruins version. Also, you can get the Hammer from Asylum Demon on NG+, it's easier since you carry on with your previous equipment.

Thanks once again Lestat, I'll head up the water wheel then and explore that area and I can also get back to the shrine that way so hopefully lautrec would of killed the muted girl so I can pick up the black orb.

edit: Does anyone know if there'll be another chance to get the Asylum Demon's weapon you get for killing it when ya'r supposed to run from him? I aim for the platinum trophy like i did with demons souls, and i hope i didnt screw it up

You can get it in NG+. You start with your previous gear, so it's much easier to get it then.

You don't skip it this time around. Though you can't level up until you finish the Asylum as well, which is a piece of cake compared to having to go through 1-1 and face Phalanx with all the souls from the final boss >_>.

So, am I mistaken or there is nothing to do in Anor Londo ?, the path is sealed, I can't get through the yellow cloud , did I get through sen's Fortress for nothing or what ?

The yellow misy pathway is sealed until you claim the Lordvessel on Anor Londo. You need to go straightforward where you fought the Gargoyle in Anor Londo until you reach the big castle in the background, that's where the Lordvessel's located. Or you could go to the church on the left side of that passageway (either via the ground level or the roof level which can be gotten to via the perpendicular beams running up into the church from the passageway).

I got stuck to that too for about an hour. In the platform where you fight the Gargoyle, head back and on your right, drop to the beams that lead to the church. From there, reach the big castle ahead.

The Painted World's boss Crossbreed Priscilla was so sad, I didn't want to kill her . Anyways, I also beat Ornstein and Smough on my first try, those slackers could reach me and I kept smacking them with Heavy Soul Arrows

Then I got to the Undead Asylum where the Stray Demon destroyed me at least 30 times, that until I realized that his attack was Magic based, rather than Fire based >_> I simply equipped Havel's Armor and a 80 Magic Def shield and destroyed him. With his souls I got Soul Spear, which does instant 600+ to the Firelink zombies even when with shield up

Can you use Crystal Soul Spear yet? I'm creating a new magic character (not just for sorcery) and I'm still trying to get a grip of how I'm going to build up my stats (so far I got 20 Intelligence and 14 Faith for the Astoria Straight Sword, which is pretty much the best early game sword for a magic-type).
