OMG I beat the S.O.B.! SL90 no magic.

The reason it was so hard was because of Ornstein. I needed his soul.

Good lord that fight was long. Probably a good 15 minutes or more.

I did it the other way around. On the first playthrough I got Ornstein's soul and on NG+ I got Smough's soul. I figured that would be easier, since taking out Ornstein is easier when he's not souped up.

I died over 10 times on this fight last night and I got it on my second this morning. For some reason I play a lot better right after I wake up.

Man, the lightning shotel is downright broken in early game, some weeny got me with it..

Shotels are downright broken, be it Lightning or no lightning  

A skilled player that double wields Shotels + 15 it's a frigging scary sight, since you can't block shotels with shields. It becomes a fight of who deals more damage and who does it faster. Also, Shotels go through defenses, meaning you can either be naked or full Smough/Havel/Giant +5, the damage you'll receive it's the same.

@Luvtospooge - Yeah, everything except Embers, Keys and the Rite of Kindling carry on to NG+. Also the Moonlight Sword is only good for Int builds.

F**ck me. While fighting seath the scaleless, I thought I had to attack the base of his tail... Had I known that in order to get the sword, I had to attack the TIP of his tail, the fight would've been much easier! Alas, I killed him the hard and useless way. Hopefully the great moonlight sword isn't that good, because if it's not, I'll be tormented by this!

In new game +, everything carries on right( Pyromancies, sorceries, miracles, items...etc)? Just like demon's souls?

Yes. Except you will no longer be able to kindle flames, you will lose all of your embers (you can reget them), and you will lose all keys/some rings.

Don't worry about Seath. If you're going for the Plat you will be fighting him again anyways.

Well I'm sure in higher lvl pvp things will change.

It's still scary, since you can't go all gun-ho on them, especially if you use my playstyle (heavy hitting weapons but very slow) since they'll always be faster than you (and almost every other character, as Shotels are some of the faster weapons in the game). It becomes a battle of strategy and skill. 

The only upside I have against them is the extremely high Poise that the full Havel set has. There are very few things that can stun-lock me in the game, just the most heavy weapons with the strong R2 2H attack. So I can be hit with a full combo of Shotels and do my heavy R2 2H hit and stomp them to the ground XD.

Killed the four kings. Not too hard.

They were a joke compared to super Ornstein though.
