Kyogre NEEDS Thunder. Thunder has 100% accuracy when Rain Dance is in effect. I'd switch Kyogre from using Surf with Brine (both attacks hit your teammate, but if you foe is below 50% health, Brine's base attack doubles to 130, and is a STAB).

Mewtwo at Lv100 gets Aura Sphere; the same attack Lucario gets but at Lv37. Aura Sphere has base damage of 90 and has no accuracy, meaning it hits ALL the time (except when Dig, Dive, Fly and Bounce are used). Dialga gets Aura Sphere at Lv90, though. Mew also gets Aura Sphere and so on. For Mewtwo, that attack can hit dark-types for effective damage.

Arceus. I have the Azure Pipe on both Diamond and Pearl. I used an Action Replay to make the Mystery Gift man appear in a Poke Mart and give you the item, making the in-game event to obtain Arceus possible. And the two event items to obtain Shaymin and Darkrai (Oak's Letter for Shaymin, Member's Card for Darkrai).

Charizard or Kangaskhan opened dealing decent damage.

Starmie followed usually defeated the entire enemy team on its own.

Dragonite did cleanup work beating the daylights out of anything Starmie left intact. 

Exeguttor and Raichu (surfing!) were around in case I needed their types in battle.

In my generation...there were only 150 pokemon. Not all these bull crap new pokemon.

Actually 151 if you count Mew. Actually 152 if you count Missingo, but thats just a cheat pokemon.

I never go with the best Pokemon, that's just not my thing.

I've probably listed my parties, or at least parts of them, among the various Pokemon games.

I'll tell ya how they got there pokemon to level 100.

1. Talk to the man in Varidian city who teaches you how to catch pokemon, tell him your too busy to talk.

2. Fly to Cinnibar Island

3. Put your rare candies in the 6th spot in your items list

4. walk to the east coast of the island and get your pokemon to surf up and down the edge of the water.

5. Beat the crap out of Missingo when he appears.

6. Now you magically have a crap load of rare candies. enjoy.

You cheaters don't fool me. I know how you got to lv. 100! not by training or hard work, but by a simple cheat. I am deeply disappointed in all of you.

^^ Also works with master balls for catching any pokemon.

6) Raticate with Hyperfang and whatever else he had.

As you can tell i've never played competitivly. I've got Gold and Silver as well but I haven't really built any teams when i've played that, just tried to level 1 version of every pokemon in each form of evolution, aside from like... Caterpie, Kakuna, Magikarp, you know the ones who you can't do anything with.
