Hmm. Makes me wonder what game. It better not be a free game like Yaris which is totally an advertisement. I have a feeling that it's going to be an old XBLA game. Something that released along the lines of the console release. Just to breath some air into those games. They won't negotiate sales of the newer released titles.

Joust
Yaris
Carcassonne
Robotron: 2084
and
that side scrolling shooter who's name escapes me, you know the one with the little jet things that look like motor cycles.

I have found a link to the pdf of the complaint filed against microsoft for breach of their contract. Having been kicked a lot since halo 3 came out and unable to stay online for more then a few minutes since christmas I think it's a very reasonable case.

That better be one damn good arcade game, cause i'm stillpissed at the money i spent on a product that did not deliver.

THAT IS CLASSIC - 3 people split a $350 filing fee to get back $1-4 of services!

I think Section #26 sums up this case nicely (i.e. Attorney Fees).
