The head of Sony Computer Entertainment America has confirmed on Twitterthat the PlayStation Vita will be region free, much like the PlayStation 3.In a directresponse to a user on Twitter who asked if Vita was region free, Shihei Yoshida said "Yes, it is." That means you can import your Playstation Vita when it is released on December 17th in Japan.

Like I said, change your dvd drives region on the PC to region 2, and then rip them all to PC.

I tried and it said I could not do it with windows xp. You thought I forgot didn't you? :) now Ijust have one less time to change my computer. I swear tads12 tried to teach me to embed videos here, and I failed. You tried to teach me that....and Ifailed. Computers and I do not work too well together

What software did you use? If the drive is still R2, then you can rip them all easily with IMGBurn. There are useful guides out there, too.

So I just download imgburn and it will do the rest?

Try it out. In the menu, select rip image from disc, then designate where to, then set the speed (8x to 8x is best I think) and let it do its job. If the DVD's are read in your PC, you shouldn't have a problem.

Then, burn said image to a blank DVD with imgburn > burn image

simple, really. There are youtube tutorials too, I'm sure.

it can be quite expensive despite where you are, but you will have it months before its
release in your country...especially in the states...
