The pro-Sony nutz on these and other forums dont even make up 5% of the total sales...So just because they claim that the exclusives are superior doesn't mean it is to real people.....

And if wishes were horses, we'd all be eatin' steak
this has been a public service announcement.
I believe Sony needs more focus in their games library.
Killzone failed to tackle Halo. The main reason for this is that Sony has split the Sci-fi FPS community due to Resistance and Killzone.

Im a Halo fan but I'd much rather have 2 great franchises than just 1 Halo ! Sony is doing it right...

Don't blame the fans...blame sony's crappy marketing..I love Kevin Butler ads but they don't generate sales

You can't do Halo marketing for both resistance and killzone.
Ofcourse it's great for Sci-fi FPS fans, but I don't think this strategy is right going forward.
I honestly wish I could buy all PS3 exclusives, being my favorite console but I just can't. I'm already kicking my own ass for not getting Resistance 3 as of yet, but I am broke as can be recently.
OT: This sounds more like a lecture than a reasonable observation. People buy what they want. Besides if these exclusives weren't supported as you so desperately describe it, there wouldn't be an InFamous 2 or even LBP. I believe and feel free to correct me, they sold pretty average when they came out as new IPs, but with long legs, a lot of praise and word of mouth, they both managed to rack up great sales in the end and were given sequels due to overwhelming fan support.
I play and buy games I find enjoyable and I don't give a damn if it's a exclusive or not, for example last week I bought Dead island over Resistance 3 because it looks more fun to me, I find anybody who buys a game solely because it a exclusive rather stupid.
Also I think Sony themselfs are partly to blame due to them pushing the PS3 as a cheap Blu-ray player early on has effected games sales I know a few people who bought PS3 just as a Blu-ray player and haven't bought a single game.
