I don't, but I do get a strong tickling feeling in my right hip when a razor (haircutting etc) goes past my right ear. Anyone else get this/know what this is?

Sure, I get it all the time. Most people I know call it the "chills"

I typically get it during epic events. Like watching my team win first place in a track race, winning a long tight match in Socom, seeing a car accident, hearing epic music, scratching my back, hearing a vacuum, applying lotion, sorting my sock drawer, cleaning my fingernails, filing an application, etc
