I hope it's no to set on rails.

The devs confirm the game on a whole is more open than COD but less than games like Far Cry. They said its similar to Halo kinda openess.

That part was on rails... But it still looked pretty cool! The only issue I see is a strange sort of twitching while the jet is turning.

The BuShA owns all!

Does BF3 have split screen online co-op? Me and my brother often use the feature on black ops but we want to try something new and BF3 is looking quite good.

Honestly... meh.

It looks you don't control the plane, just the camera to launch or avoid missiles. It doesn't look fun.

Ah, that actually sounds great.

This old build was posted days ago.

Haha, I remember when they announced The Old Republic's travel system.  "It's going to be awesomeyou can use your ship to travel and everything."  Then they put it on rails, too.  That's like telling a property maintenance professional that he can mow the lawn, but only think about all the other cool landscaping possibilities.

I can deal with BF3's on-rails action because it's SP.  (And let's be honest here, half the people in BF3 are going to skip the SP mode.)  If they were doing this in multiplayer, it'd be way worse.  Actually, they were kinda doing that by reducing the map sizes in BFBC2.

Meh, the game looks alright either way so what ever really.
