So that leaves us with Radish and Linkz being one of the 3 characters mentioned above. I can assure everyone that character does not equal alliance, or role for that matter O_o |
I confess you're right, and I might as well give more information: Karma has given me the role I once fakeclaimed as scum. That's right, I'm a miller. This will save you from having to fake a guilty scan on me. :P No chance I'm rolling over and getting lynched though

Ya know. Til this day, I still can't believe how easily you rolled over that game.
As for your soft-claim. I'm not in a stable state of mind to confront or believe it yet. So I'm gonna think this one over.

hatmoza said: Ok, after sleeping onj it. I believe Linkz. He's Chloe and Miller. They fit. What makes even more sense to me is that he was not afraid to roleclaim because none of the consequences Wonk listed will apply to him. He has no ability to lose. Interestingly enough, after reading a little bit more about my character, I have no proof like I claimed earlier that role character and alignment don't match. |

Ok, I can buy that, but I'm pretty darn sure character equals ability. That's why I'm so sure Chloe is the miller, and seeing how miller is only associated with pro-town players, I've deducted that Linkz is telling the truth.
I'll lay off the alignment talk because that was pretty premature of me. I cannot confirm it (though in Linkz case I give him benefit of the doubt). Also because characters of a flavored mafia game always have abilities that match with the theme. So yeah, I'm pointing out the obvious today.

That is just low. I mean, how many times did I do/say something in the game of mafia just for the sake of doing/saying it? Especially on the first day :3

So what we have here is Hat's train of thought on the situation:
A) he clearly reveals that he searche these top 3 charactes because he believes characters =/= alignment (post 1: So that leaves us with Radish and Linkz being one of the 3 characters mentioned above./I can assure everyone that character does not equal alliance, or role for that matter O_o)
B) Linkz flaters him by straight out confirming it and Hat, who apparently is not in his normal state of mind, decides to sleep on it, although he's clearly troubled by the miller claim and linkz's nonchalent attitude (Post 1:As for your soft-claim. I'm not in a stable state of mind to confront or believe it yet. So I'm gonna think this one over.)
C) Hat slept on it, he changed his allignement theory because, maybe, he understood his character wrong. If alignment = role, then that fits with chloe=miller and with linkz's nonchalent attitude. He does make what I consider as a mistake with the rules saying he has no ability to lose (I say his vote), and with that mistake he confirms Linkz's story.
Here I believe Hat convinced himself that he read too much into his character and that he did a blunder by outing names. (Post2)
D) Trucks post a very important information... I've been waiting for anyone to comment on it besides hat, no one did. Either Trucks out loud said he was mafia, or he confirmed what Hat initially though. Now here Hat rebutes it because he convinced himself that linkz was saying the truth, no other reason. And if you people recall the flip today, Hat should have been questioning his judgement being himself a "bad" guy. (Post 3)
(on that note, i'll volunteer the info that unlike trucks my character does fit alignment... I believe this is random as to not metastrategize on this point... still Hat's verified info was limited to his own character, that did not fit (you guys said he still tries to kill the player when he dies...)).
E) "harry flynn has a great ass" Prof actually had it true...Hat then appears wounded, he actually said the ass comment to lure out the mafia, but he convinced himself that he was wrong, therefore he finds it useless and doesn't know how to react.
Please tell me if my interpretation of hat's train of though is wrong... but I clearly do not see any valid motivation for him to trust linkz besides the character alignment one... that didn't even fit his own character. I'm sorry linkz but I believe Hat nailed 2 of you with one question. I do see how Wonk could have linked 3 important characters as the mafia group.
HoS Radish
There's no true reason why your stun did clear radish, trucks is right.... but if you flip mafia, then I don't put it beyond you to have thought of using him this way. Putting him under that presure could have just been a way to distance yourself from him... and him voting you back as a revenge, which is the spontaneous reaction, would still happend if you were both mafia (Radish is spontaneous if anything). The only thing separating you two is his power claim... with an edit on it (thanks gamrconnect 2.0), that is not something you'd expect from two people in the same team.
