That 'he' is Sugimoto-san, the developer for MH. He is talking about MH3G but still

Also, Monster Hunter 3G (a port of the Wii Monster Hunter Tri-/3) is coming for the Nintendo 3DS!

It will be cool if we get a legit English version of it, but maybe it will never happen.
