Anyway, I would say as expected.

I would say mostly as expected except for Dead Island, Homefront, and Deus Ex.

Dead Island: I actually thought this game would score in the mid 80s. From various sources it seemed this game was getting a lot of hype. The reviews were fairly good, but not as good as I had expected.

Homefront: This game I thought would get a score around 80. I knew it likely wouldn't compare to some of the AAA shooters already out since it didn't appear to have as much to offer in terms of modes, features, and such. I was suprised that the campaign was fairly short. So this game fell slightly below what I expected.


Deus Ex: Believe it or not this game actually surprised me quite a bit. I thought it would get a score in the low 80s, but wow it turned out to be a good amount better game than I had expected. It surprised me a bit.

MK: expected it to be in the low 90s, so lower than expected.

Portal 2: much higher than expected, thought it would be around 90.

also L.A. Noire is slight higher than I expected while Deus Ex is slightly lower.

everything else = pretty much where I pictured them.

I perdict this will be seen as the best year in gaming history. At least for me personally it is, easily.

RAGE will be in this list, for certain.
