If I was Nintendo, I'd forget NA until January '09, and launch WiiFit in Europe next where it'll steal away any thunder Sony is building there. It should be huge there, and demand between Japan & Europe would probably keep WiiFit supply constrained until '09 anyway.
IGN has WiiFit listed as TBA'08 now, it was originally Jan 2nd I believe.
