Anyone else experience this? I get it almost every night.
It's basically the sound of a loud explosion in your head as your falling asleep or after. It also scares the shit out of you and tramatizes you for a few seconds.

Wow I have never heard of it nor does it ever happen to me. Sounds like it sucks pretty bad though :/

It does suck pretty bad. Right when you're 100% relaxed seconds away from falling asleep...

It has happened to me like 10 times in my whole life, all of them while awake. It feels like your brain is suddenly shut down for a second, then powered on suddenly.
