Went to Disney World twice.

Alien Encounter FREAKED THE HELL OUT OF ME! I was 9 years old. Too bad it's closed now.

Is that the one where the audience sits in a circular fashion in those cool chairs around the centre stage and watch the "Alien Encounter"? That ride really took me by surprise when I went to Disney Work and Islands of Adventure... I was 12 I believe.

Yeah that's the one. And the Alien escapes ~FREAKY~

I had the privilege of living ~20 minutes away from Disneyland when I was a kid (always saw the fireworks from my home ^_^) and I loved every trip we made to the most magical place on earth.

The Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride ever. Ever! Even have the book on it. :P

It's one of the reasons of why I loved Epic Mickey so much... there were so many wonderful references to the theme park (I even noticed that the Lonesome Manor has the same spooky wallpaper as the Haunted Mansion. Yes, even the slightest details in that game didn't go unnoticed!)

Now that I'm living in North Carolina... It's been a while since I've last been there. But the whole family did make a trip to Disney World in Florida. We went to MGM (good), Animal Kingdom (awesome), and the Magic Kingdom (also awesome) and I'm bummed we missed Epcot. It was great... but interestingly enough I like the Magic Kingdom of Disneyland more than I did Disney World (Old Southern Plantation Haunted Mansion > New England Gothic Haunted Mansion). :P

So yes, Disneyland rocks my socks. I really want to go to Disneyland Paris so I can ride their Haunted Mansion. From what I've read, it's set in the old West (since it was put in Frontierland). Seems really great.

My gf wanted to go to Disneyland, but I said 'nah'.

You're name is misspelled. Should simply be "troll".

Why? I just told my Disneyland related anecdote.

Not for you participation in this thread.... for being a troll to your gf. That was just mean. D-land is the best theme park there is... period.

Ah, that. Meh, I'm just not into Disney, though the rides may be fun.

I eventually I gave in, but she had lost interest already.

No troll is too much for me to handle. I rehabilitate trolls, I train people. I am the Troll Whisperer.

been to the ones in florida and paris.

the paris one started beeing way too crowded a few years back, now they have a second park, more rides and speedpass (cut the line).... still there is a lot of waiting involved.

i actually was gonna go on subday but had bad weather so i'm going next sunday.

Has anyone done anything crazy?

When I went with my Cross Country team, we all took our shirts off in Space Mountain and almost got kicked out.... >_>

While we're on the topic of Splash Mountain... I found this picture on GoNintendo the other day. Pretty hilarious.
