okay they both shipped 6.3, so how did microsoft win? if anything, they lost simply because they put ALOT more effort in and only sold the same amount as sony! 360 redesign/pricecut, new halo, kinect, CRAZY advertsing etc..  theres no excuses for microsoft.


Because in terms of sold to consumer, they sold more. I don't care how much effort they put in, talk about spin. If 360's number is great thatn PS3's, they won whether you like it or not.

i heard this over 9000times so i just wanna know is PS3 had NOTHING last year(admit MOVE and GT5=fail?really?)

btw 360 had no price cut last year

I think they introduced the price cut early because of the strong yen. It's very likely to appreciate even more against other currencies in the coming months, and that would cut into SON¥'s profit.
