Routers can be either cheap or expensive they can go up over 200$ if you want a REALLY good one. I highly recommend the USRobotics one it's the one I use and it works well but if it's too expensive for your taste there's always the Netgear or the linksys you're sure to find in just about any store.
If you do get a wireless router just make sure it has ports, too many wireless signals will confuse eachother some things are just better wired, more secure as well.
