Yeah, I already made one on my PS3. I just can't buy anything with my credit card using the European account. Even if I could, I'd have to change my PSP profile whenever I wanted to play a game from the European store. I couldn't even play the games I got with my second American account (PS3) without having to switch. I wound up just deleting them.

oh ok gotcha..I have never bought anything from the euro psn store so had no idea ..hmm let's hope they do bring this promotion over then
