Forums - Sales - Have I been Sleeping all this time?

Wii is now 220 euro's in my region and almost sold out... (you can get it if u visit like 4 shops if you really want it before getting one)...

The price is permanentely but it's not something done by Nintendo. It was just some videogameshop that lowered the price suddenly with ~10% and to compete others went down as well...

X360 arcade is 279.99 btw and premium with Forza and Viva Pinãta is 349.99... PS3 40GB SKU = 399.99.

Only problem i have with the arcade is the 512Mb stick (sold seperately for 29.99)... I can get a 160Gb external hard-disk for double the price whilst that is 320 times the storagespace XD...

I expect X360 Premium to go down eventually (and maybe without games)... The only reason why im not buying the system is that i get 2 games 'for free' with the X360 for 349.99 but those games are TOTALLY not my type of thing so i guess a premium would be cheaper without those games... (like 299 something).

Wow, even the regular price of the 40 GB PS3 is $400, the same as the 360 premium (in Canada). Microsoft is overcharging by about $50. Microsoft should definitely drop the price to $350 to compete (I assume that even at regular price, the 40 GB PS3 sells better than the 360 premium).
